Animal Estate reserves the right to take necessary action, including suspension or termination of services, to enforce this policy. No credits or refunds will be issued for service interruptions caused by violations.

1. Copyright Infringement & Unauthorized Material
You may not use our services to transmit, distribute, or store material that violates laws or third-party rights, including:

Defamatory, obscene, or illegal content
Export-restricted information or tools
You are solely responsible for the legality of all materials shared through our services.
2. Spam & Unsolicited Messaging
Use of our services for spam or unsolicited communication is strictly prohibited, including:
Sending bulk unsolicited emails, texts, or messages
Operating unverified mailing or contact lists
Using purchased email or phone number databases
Encouraging recipients to visit websites hosted via our services through unsolicited means
All messaging lists hosted on our platform must be confirmed opt-in, with proof of consent available on request.
3. Unethical or Malicious Activity
The following activities are not permitted:
Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
Hacking, unauthorized access, or probing of networks
Denial-of-service (DoS) or similar disruptive attacks

4. Impersonation of Animal Estate
You may not impersonate Animal Estate, misrepresent a relationship with us, or falsely claim ownership of our intellectual property to gain trust, mislead others, or conduct fraud.
